We focus on enhancing the capacity of all the stakeholders, supporting the realization of comprehensive risk assessments, risk management and business continuity plans, climate change adaptation strategies, validation, and improvement of contingency plans through exercises, test, audits and reviews, drafting of policies and handbooks.

We build capacity by providing consultations, as well as trainings, workshops, informative sessions and guidelines. In order to make the process more structured and adaptable, we align with national and international standards, such as NCEMA 7000, ISO 31000, ISO 31010, ISO 22316, ISO 22301, and other relevant international documents, in addition to internal policies and regulations.
